Somewhere in the Caribbeans a Dr. Olman (Pepito Guerra) creates a Rat Man by
mixing a poisonous rat with a monkey. The disgusting result is Mousy who's
locked into a very small cage. Soon the creature escapes and then looks mostly
like a dwarf with clothes on somehow.

It starts attacking people and kills a photographic model, Peggy (Luisa Menon)
on the beach where the other model, Marilyn (Eva Grimaldi) disappears.
Marilyn's sister arrives from New York, Terry (Janet Ågren) and with the help of a
writer, Fred (David Warbeck) they start sleuthing around to solve the mystery
of the lost sister. At Dr. Olman's place Marilyn takes a much appreciated shower.

Carnimeo directed the film under the alias of Anthony Ascot. Film presented in
