A Highschool satire (Horror) Thriller preceding and
somewhat resembling the 1988 cult movie
"Heathers" by Michael Lehmann and with Winona Ryder and Christian
Slater.
No such fine acting here though as the acting are atrocious with the
exception of Andrew
"The Fury" Stevens and our anti-hero Derrel Maury playing
the lead role David who are OK.
But the film is VERY entertaining and seems to have obtained some cult
status, even though
I hadn't heard of it before. The film is funny and with a snappy pace.
David (Derrel Maury) starts in a new school and where
he knows Mark (Andrew Stevens)
from before. But Mark hangs out with a gang of harassers and bullies
and this evil gang is
not just running the school but worse, they can't act their way out
of a paper bag.
Finally David (our hero or not ?) has had enough and a War is a coming.
David manages to exterminate the gang and save the school
.... or not. When the original
tyrants are gone immediately lots of other students want to replace
them. Will David have
to kill them off too ?
No teachers are seen throughout the movie until briefly at the end.
The film is presented in 1.78:1 ratio with english audio
DTS-HD MA mono with subtitles
