Welcome to Rhonda's Workout at the Health Club where almost everyone dies.
A model, Valerie, uses the sun-tanning bed before her important photoshoot
for Cosmopolitan magazine. But instead she gets fried when the machine
malfunctions. Then a long series of slasher killings follow with stabbings by a
needle in the shower, stabbing through a car-roof, a dumbbell killing.

Even though a massmurderer is at loose at the Health Club the Aerobics class
happily continues. Who will be the next victim ?
