The Hong Kong Police wonders Who's the Boss ?

Chan Chiu Sang (Philip Keung) is suspected to be the "Boss", a drug lord who
provides narcotics through The Dark Web but the police has failed to find any
proofs. This due to the work of the drug gangs most eminent underlings, the
Barrister George Lam (Andy Lau) and the "Cleaner"Sau Ho (Lam Ka Tung).
Lam and Sau Ho are both bestial killers and delightfully unlikeable. Who
wouldn't want to see Andya Lau's smug smile (see cover) being wiped out.

Eddie Fong (Eddie Peng) the Superintendent of the Hong Kong police Cyber
Crime Investigation unit and i.a. Chung Kam Ming (Simon Yam, with Andy
Lau one of the icons of HK cinema) believes that tons of drugs will enter
HK before the upstart of the gangs web outlet, and they want to stop it.

But who's actually the Boss ?
