Lots of snappy action in
this Hong Kong production and where Nicholas Tse
provided the well made action choreography. There were tons of action
and
Herman Yao, the old Category III and horror guy directed it.
In the making of featurettes Herman Yau is nowhere to be seen (except
the
back of his head) which makes one wonder - did Nicholas Tse direct the
film?
A Hong Kong Customs unit boat checks a suspicious vessel
that has illegally
entered HK water, and it's full of western criminal smugglers and they
smuggle
arms stolen from the Thai Army.
The criminal mind behind this probably is a "Dr. Raw", the
one running the
Africa - Asia smuggling route.
The weapons is stacked by the HK customs depot and in
a daring attack
Dr. Raw's criminal gang attacks the depot and steals the weapons back.
Chow Ching-lai (Nicholas Tse) and Cheung Wan-nam (Jacky Cheung) are
HK Customs and Excise Department officers and fights the smugglers.
Film presented widescreen 2.35:1, with cantonese audio
DD5.1 or DTS 5.1
with english subtitles, region 3.
