Cyber Internet thriller with Nastassia Kinski in the
main role and with the Who
singer Roger Daltrey in a small role (another singer, Huey Lewis plays
a FBI
agent in Los Angeles).
Ben (Daltrey) leaves his girlfriend Sondra (Nastassia
Kinski) alone in his luxury
architect villa up on the Los Angeles hills. Sondra connects to the
Internet
chat room "America Love Online" and soon is joined by her
sister Misty
(Nicollette Sheridan) for some computer fun.
But, No, instead she angers a cyberspace maniac with the nick "Werther"
and he murders a woman Live online, and he will come for them too.
Mildly entertaining B Psycho Killer thriller with many cliches where
Nastassia
Kinski is quite OK but Werther is played badly by Jeffery Dean.

Film presented in 1.85:1 wide with English audio DTS-HD
MA 5.1 or 2.0
with subtitles. Region A is stated on the cover but it plays All.
Extras: The Making of DotCom for Murder: Behind the
scenes featurette
(38 minutes),
DotCom for Murder, the Unknown Story (28 minutes)
Interview with Roger Daltrey (20 minutes, the legendary WHO singer)
Interview with Huey Lewis (10 minutes)
Original trailer, Image gallery, Booklet, reversible sleeve
Please Note: The Best thing about this Blu-ray release
is the interview with
Roger Daltrey. I don't know who the interviewer was (maybe Mastorakis?)
but 9 of 10 minutes totally skips the film and instead has Daltrey talking
about
The Who (probably my favourite group of the 1960's. The Bukarest story
were great fun, ha, ha!
