weather mystery drama
where a small town boy has run from home on his way to Tokyo, where
ha is
about to meet Hina, a girl with the ability to make the sun shine and
for the
rain to disappear. She's a "Sunshine Girl" and connected to
the Fox God.

He's Hodaka and on the Ferry on it's way to Tokyo he's
about to be swept
overboard by a huge wave but is saved by a man, Keisuke.
Hodaka is looking for a job in Tokyo but living in Tokyo is rough for
a
teenager without an ID card and being too young.
Finally Hodaka looks up his boat saviour, Keisuke, for help and he gets
a job writing about weird esoteric stuff for a youthful audience on
the Net.
Hodaka meets a girl, Hina, who may be a "Sunshine
Girl" and in connection
to Shinto Gods. Tokyo is suffering from grave weather disturbances with
constant rain and soon Hodaka and Hina have started a business with
people paying for her services, to make the Sun break through the clouds.
